About the role
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team and communicate with customers primarily through live chat.
Key responsibilities
Communicate with customers through online chat in a professional and friendly manner
Help customers set up and manage their YouTube advertising campaigns
Answer questions about campaign status, targeting, performance and statistics
Explain basic metrics such as views, impressions, spending and campaign progress
Assist with basic billing and payment questions
Review customer accounts and campaign information to identify simple issues
Follow internal procedures and escalate more complex financial, technical or account-related issues to the appropriate team member
Keep customer conversations clear, accurate and professional
About you
Strong written English
Previous experience in customer support, live chat support or BPO is preferred
Comfortable working with dashboards, numbers and basic campaign statistics
Good attention to detail
Ability to learn new software and processes quickly
Reliable internet connection and computer
Responsible, organized and able to work independently
Experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, digital marketing or online advertising is a strong advantage, but training will be provided
