Lead and oversee operational planning and procurement activities to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled effectively
Coordinate with SCM, Engineering, Operations, and external vendors to ensure project execution aligns with schedule, budget, and quality standards
Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and operational performance to achieve business objectives.
Evaluate project outcomes, cost efficiency, and profitability while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) standards across all operational activities.
Minimum education Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or in Operations Planning & Analytics
Experience in the Mining industry will be an advantage
Proficient in SAP Planning Module and Data Analytics
Strong knowledge of Planning & Organizing, Decision Making, Manpower Planning, and Budget Management
Able to work in a dynamic environment and deliver results under tight deadlines
Willing to be placed in Timika, Papua or at any company operational site across Indonesia based on business requirements
