PT Trina Mas Agra Indonesia (www.tmai.co.id) is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, warehouse staff, and WMS/ERP activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, picking, and dispatch.
Ensure inventory accuracy and proper warehouse documentation.
Manage and monitor warehouse staff and work allocation.
Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.
Coordinate with other departments.
Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
Manage WMS/ERP transactions and ensure data accuracy.
Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
Prepare warehouse reports and provide updates to management.
Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and operates efficiently.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in any field.
Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Experience managing warehouse teams.
Familiar with WMS/ERP systems.
Good understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
Willing to work in Kendal, Central Java.
