About the role
We are looking for an HR & GA Officer to support the company's human resources and general administration functions. The role covers recruitment, employee administration, BPJS, attendance, employee records, and daily office administration.
Candidates with relevant HR or administrative experience are preferred. Fresh graduates with a relevant educational background are also welcome to apply. Mandarin Chinese communication skills are required.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-up, and hiring support
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
Prepare and maintain employment contracts, employee documents, personnel files, and other HR records
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and other HR administrative matters
Handle BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registration, updates, administration, and employee-related matters
Prepare and maintain payroll-related data, including attendance, leave, and employee information
Support the implementation and administration of company HR policies and procedures
Handle general office administration and support daily office operations
Manage office supplies, equipment, and other administrative requirements
Coordinate with vendors, building management, government-related parties, and external service providers when required
Maintain proper filing and documentation for HR and administrative matters
Communicate and coordinate with the company's Chinese management and team
Handle other HR, GA, and administrative duties assigned by management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Mandarin Chinese communication skills are required
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
Relevant HR, recruitment, or administrative experience is preferred but not required
Fresh graduates from relevant fields are welcome to apply
Basic knowledge of Indonesian HR practices and labour regulations is preferred
Familiarity with recruitment, BPJS, attendance, payroll administration, or employee records is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible, detail-oriented, well-organized, and willing to learn
