We are hiring PIZZA MAKER at L'Osteria Pizza e Cucina Jimbaran
Job desk :
- Mixing/kneading dough, preparing sauces, chopping/prepping fresh toppings (veggies, meats, cheeses).
- Stretching/tossing dough, adding ingredients according to recipes or customer requests
- Operating pizza ovens (deck, conveyor, wood-fired) and monitoring cooking times/temperatures
- Cleaning stations, equipment, utensils; managing stock/inventory; handling food waste
Job Requirements :
- Have minimum 1 year experience in the same position
- Good team work, creative, positive attitude, grooming and energic
- strong knowledge about position
