Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or any related major.
Min. 3 years of working experiences as Quality Engineer, preferably in E-Cigarette/Electronics industry.
Six Sigma related certificates are preferred.
Strong abilities for problem solving and process improvement.
Have experience in MSA/8D reports and control plans.
Good understanding of quality principles, tools, and techniques.
Fluent in English is a Must (Mandarin will be plus point).
Willing to be placed at Cikarang, West Java.
Able to join ASAP.
Job Descriptions:
Lead the formulation and implementation of quality improvement projects.
Improve quality control processes for new product introduction and coordinate quality-related issues.
Handle and follow up process anomalies and customer complaints, and track customer improvement feedback results.
Semi-finished product and finished product inspection specifications, control plan formulation and improvement.
Conduct audit, improve process technology, quality control system projects and lead the execution of quality control system improvement.
