Sumitomo Forestry is a diversified Japanese company that focuses in timber, building materials and residential real estate development. We are searching for Candidate to assist our business. Currently PT Sumitomo Forestry Indonesia is expanding its business to Property Industry and establishing new subsidiaries.
Each project involves the construction of infrastructure, landed house, shop house including gate, landscaping, clubhouse. Locations at Jabodetabek and Makassar.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Conduct various inspections for each project based on SFI (japanese) standards.
Maintain contractor schedule by monitoring man power, material schedule and standard SFI sequence.
Make daily report to Site Manager such as progress, standard quality checking and safety issue.
Making records to keep improve the quality of the each project.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering.
5 years experience in the same field from National Property Developer/National Construction company.
Understanding of infrastructure, housing, and building construction processes.
Can operate MS Office/AUTO CAD/Scheduller.
Able to speak in English.
Willing to be placed at Jakarta/Depok/Bogor/Bekasi.
