Pendidikan S1 Teknik Biomedis( Biomedical Engineering), Teknik Elektromedis, Teknik Material/Metalurgi

Keahlian Teknik
Mengerti sifat-sifat material implan orthopaedic,seperti : logam medis,biopolymer/seramik
Mampu membaca diagram teknis, memahami toleransi manufaktur, serta terbiasa dengan perangkat lunak desain CAD seperti SolidWorks atau Autodesk Inventor
Pemahaman Proses Manufaktur & Pemesinan Implan
Memahami proses pemesinan presisi seperti CNC Milling, CNC Lathe/Swiss-type, Wire EDM,hingga Additive Manufacturing(3D printing logam untuk porous coating)
Memahami Proses Anodize, passivation, polishing,serta coating (seperti HA/Hydroxyapatite coating) yang penting untuk osteointegrasi
Pemahaman Biomekanika & Aplikasi Klinis
Memahami bagaimana implan menahan beban (load bearing),distribusi tegangan (stress distribution), potensi kegagalan material dan kinematis sendi
Memahami bagaimana instrument bedah (drill,reamer,jig,plate bender) berinteraksi dengan implan saat operasi berlangsung.
Regulasi, mutu, dan validasi (ISO & Standart Medis)
Memahami ISO 13485
Memahami proses uji teknis implan untuk kebutuhan izin edar
Terbiasa menyusun dokumen teknis seperti : Technical File, Design History File (DHF), dan intruksi penggunaan IFU (Intrucrtion For Use)
Komunikasi & Bridging Ability
Mampu menerjemahkan masukan kualitatif menjadi spesifikasi kuantitatif/teknis untuk tim R&D dan Production
Mampu memberikan technical support dan pelatihan kepada tim sales,distributor,maupun tim perawat/dokter terkait cara kerja instrumen dan implan.
