Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Bridgetowne, Quezon City. As a Voice CSR, you will handle customer inquiries and provide professional assistance through inbound or outbound calls while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer concerns and inquiries through phone calls.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and account concerns.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and update account information.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Meet established performance and customer service targets.
Qualifications
- At least Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
- With or without BPO experience.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-service oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
