Our client, a growing company in the manufacturing and distribution industry, is looking for a Key Account Specialist – Modern Trade to manage and grow relationships with key supermarket and modern trade accounts across Metro Manila.
This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in key account management, business development, and modern trade who is passionate about driving sales growth and building long-term client partnerships.
The successful candidate will manage assigned key accounts, identify new business opportunities, negotiate commercial deals, monitor account performance, and develop solutions that meet both customer and business needs. The role will also require close coordination with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and smooth account operations.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and grow key supermarket and modern trade accounts.
- Build strong client relationships and drive sales growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Negotiate deals and provide effective business solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor account performance and achieve sales targets
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course.
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Key Accounts, or Business Development.
- Experience handling Modern Trade or Supermarket accounts is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven and customer-focused.
- Willing to travel within Metro Manila
