* Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
* Proven experience as a server in a restaurant; experience in dining service is a plus.
* Good knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu presentation and basic service etiquette.
* Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is an advantage.
* Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Good teamwork and a positive attitude.
* Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
* Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
