We are looking for motivated individuals who want to build a serious long-term career in hospitality operations.
No experience welcome — full training provided.
This is a combined operational role involving both Front Office and Housekeeping duties.
Candidates must be comfortable with guest service and hands-on operational work.
What You’ll Do:
• Guest communication and check-in/out
• Prepare and maintain rooms and public areas
• Conduct room inspections and quality control
• Support Front Office & Housekeeping daily operations
• Help maintain excellent guest experience standards

Requirements:
• Must be a non-smoker and non-vaper
• Good English communication (mandatory)
• Minimum SMA/SMK (avg ≥ 82 preferred)
• Hardworking and willing to learn
• Physically fit and comfortable with cleaning work
• Must own a motorcycle
• Willing to relocate to Bali independently
• Ready to start immediately
Documents Required:
• CV (Curriculum Vitae)
• Copy of Ijazah
• SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate)
• Sertifikat Magang / Internship Certificate (if applicable)
• SKT (Surat Keterangan Kerja) / Paklaring from previous employer (if applicable)

• Internship certificates
