Tenant Relation Officer
We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Tenant Relation Officer to build strong tenant relationships and support daily operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding daily operational matters.
Handle tenant inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve tenant-related issues effectively.
Conduct regular tenant visits and monitor tenant satisfaction.
Assist tenants with move-in, fit-out, handover, and operational procedures.
Ensure tenants comply with company policies, operational guidelines, and lease regulations.
Support the implementation of tenant engagement programs, promotional activities, and events.
Prepare reports, maintain tenant records, and document all tenant communications.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any major.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Tenant Relations, Customer Service, Property Management, Mall Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Customer-oriented with excellent relationship management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Willing to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays when required.
Willing to be placed in PIK, North Jakarta.
