Job Description
Handle the recruitment process for Courier Partners across Java, Bali, and Lombok.
Manage the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Handle and maintain relationships with potential and existing partners throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate with field stakeholders to ensure recruitment needs are fulfilled according to the required targets and timelines.
Perform general administrative tasks related to the recruitment and partnership process.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
Experience minimum 2 years in managing partnerships, partner acquisition, or working with partner-based recruitment models is highly preferred.
Experience recruiting Couriers, Drivers, Riders, Warehouse Staff, Freelancers, or other operational positions is an advantage.
Proven ability to handle high-volume recruitment needs and achieve recruitment targets within tight deadlines.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
