Mechanical Engineer SPV- Ceramic Tableware/Housewares - Cikarang (B-133029)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Cikarang.  

• Our client is a Automation (Furniture/tableware, dinnerware, etc) Company. Currently, they are looking for Mechanical Engineer Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to achieve productivity, quality, and cost targets.

• Analyze equipment and production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering departments to resolve daily operational problems.

• Lead and support process improvement projects to increase efficiency, reduce downtime, and minimize waste.

• Evaluate manufacturing equipment and recommend modifications or upgrades to improve performance and reliability.

• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal machine availability.

• Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and engineering documentation.

• Conduct technical analysis and prepare reports on production performance, equipment reliability, and process improvements.

• Participate in new equipment installation, commissioning, and production line improvement projects.

• Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and environmental standards.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or other Engineering disciplines from a reputable university.

• High conversational English proficiency.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer handling shop floor operations in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong analytical and data-oriented mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills.
