About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Learning & Development Intern to join our team in Jakarta Selatan. This is a internship opportunity designed for individuals looking to gain practical experience in the training and workplace assessment sector. As a Learning & Development Intern, you will support our L&D team in delivering training programmes, managing learning initiatives, and assisting with workplace assessment activities. This role offers invaluable exposure to the workings of a professional training organisation and provides an excellent foundation for a career in learning and development.
Qualification:
Final-year students or fresh graduates from reputable universities (no remaining classes)
Skilled in curriculum design, syllabus development, and training module creation
Proficient in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
Basic to intermediate proficiency in office productivity tools: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets & Google Slides
Good communication skills; able to collaborate with Subject Matter Experts; creative, adaptive, and innovative
Strong interest in Training & Development
Familiar with SKKNI (Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia) and willing to learn
Willing to work on-site at the Head Office in TB Simatupang, South Jakarta (WFO) (Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:30)
Job Description:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing training programs and learning activities.
Prepare training materials, participant lists, certificates, and other administrative documents.
Coordinate with trainers, participants, and internal teams to ensure smooth training operations.
Monitor training attendance and maintain learning records.
Collect and summarize training feedback to support program evaluation and improvement.
