Marketing Specialist

Job Descriptions:  

• Writing press releases and other media communications to promote CMS’s and client’s brand.
• Create impactful media content for offline and online branding to increase public awareness towards CMS’s and client’s brand. 
• Have the knowledge and capability to operation social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) as well as promotional content with the development of ads (IG ads, FB ads, etc.). 
• Developing CMS’s and client’s objective, promotional policies, and needs to build sales and marketing strategies that influence public opinion towards CMS’s and client’s brand identity. 
• Coordinate and collaborate with Managers to identify trends and group interests and providing advice on the business decisions and strategies. 
• Updating and maintaining web content. 
• Provides all communications channels with creative and unique tools to create market awareness for the exposure of CMS’s and client’s brand. 
• Assists CMS in developing promotions for various campaigns.  
• Assists in creative print fulfilment; ensures with CMS’s and client’s corporate branding standards. 
• Management of client partnerships and B2B mailings. 
• Management of product inventories (e-commerce client). 
• ROI analysis and reporting of strategies and actions implemented. 
• Helping CMS to expand in Bali with French and English-speaking clients. 

Requirements:  

• Bachelor’s degree Marketing, or related field. 
• 2 years’ experience in related field. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Fluent in English communication. 
• Fluent in French would be a plus.
• Knowledge of strategically creating ideas for company’s branding.  
• An ability to work on big strategy plans as well as day-to-day task.  
• Ability to think both creatively and strategically.  
• Understanding of social media and solid experience with social media.  
• Have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office. 
• Capabilities of using Canva, Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus. 
• Quick and enthusiastic learner.
