Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end resolution of tenant grievances and actively monitor ongoing concerns
Conduct systematic field inspections to foster and maintain strong, professional relationships with occupants
Facilitate comprehensive onboarding orientations for new tenants, detailing operational protocols and utility guidelines
Escalate high-priority issues or unresolved disputes to the infrastructure superintendent for strategic guidance
Propose strategic escalation paths and settlement frameworks to the infrastructure superintendent to resolve protracted tenant conflicts
Collect and analyze tenant feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives for estate services
Collaborate with the OHS, Environmental, and Energy departments regarding tenant-facing compliance and regulatory matters
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in management, communications, or engineering
Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in tenant relations, customer relations, property management, or industrial estate management
Strong interpersonal communication and persuasive negotiation skills
Demonstrated proficiency in English is mandatory
Proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous
