About you
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in IT, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
2+ years of experience in Presales, Network Engineering, or related roles
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and networking, including cybersecurity, wireless, servers, and cloud technologies
Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Detail-oriented and customer-focused, with the ability to prepare technical proposals and tender documentation
Willing to travel when required
Key responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions
Prepare technical proposals, BoQ, and tender documentation to support quotations and sales opportunities
Collaborate with Sales, vendors, and principals throughout the sales cycle
Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations, and provide presales support through project implementation
