Online Franchise Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, online acquisition, or content execution.

• Proven experience independently managing social media accounts and producing high-performing/viral content.

• Experience in team leadership and cross-functional coordination.

• Strong skills in content planning, execution, campaign optimization, and data analysis.

• Good understanding of social media algorithms and paid advertising.

• Proficient in at least 2–3 AI tools for video/content creation and willing to learn new technologies.

• Active English proficiency (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) or Mandarin proficiency.

• Experience in FMCG, F&B, franchise, or retail chain industries is highly preferred.

• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and execution skills.

• Target-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Job descriptions:

• Develop and execute online franchise acquisition strategies through social media and digital channels.

• Plan, manage, and optimize social media content to increase brand awareness, engagement, qualified leads, and franchise conversions.

• Supervise the end-to-end content process, including planning, production, publishing, and optimization.

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to achieve lead and conversion targets.

• Monitor and analyze content and campaign performance, including reach, engagement, CPL, conversion rate, and ROI.

• Lead and supervise the content, social media, and online acquisition team.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of campaigns and promotional activities.

• Take responsibility for achieving online franchise leads and business targets.
