Cashier

Position Summary
The Cashier is responsible for handling daily payment transactions, ensuring accurate billing, and providing excellent customer service to guests at Reload Sanctuary. This role ensures all financial transactions are processed correctly, recorded properly, and reported in accordance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle all payment transactions including cash, debit/credit cards, and other payment methods.

2. Issue receipts, invoices, and ensure accurate billing for all services and products.

3. Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile cash at the end of each shift.

4. Ensure the cash register and POS system are properly operated and maintained.

5. Coordinate with the Finance and Operations team regarding transaction records and reporting.

6. Provide friendly and professional customer service to all guests.

7. Handle customer inquiries related to billing and payments.

8. Ensure proper documentation and filing of transaction records.

9. Assist in monitoring sales transactions and reporting discrepancies if any.

10. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter area.

11. Follow company policies related to financial control and cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.

• Good numerical and attention-to-detail skills.

• Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible working hours.
