KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Customer Consultation & Education
Provide basic nutrition consultations for customers via chat, call, or online sessions.
Guide customers on how to use our products safely and effectively as part of a healthy lifestyle.
Answer questions related to weight management, digestion, fiber intake, daily consumption limits, kids nutrition, etc.
Communicate in an empathetic, non-judgmental way, without overpromising results.
B. Compliance & Ethics
Ensure all advice is aligned with basic nutrition guidelines and professional ethics.
Understand the boundaries between general nutrition advice and medical conditions that must be referred to a doctor.
QUALIFICATIONS
A. Must-Have:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition / Dietetics / Nutrition Science or related field.
Preferably holds a valid nutritionist license/registration.
0–1 year of experience providing nutrition consultations.
Strong fresh graduates with internship/clinical experience are welcome to apply.
Strong understanding of basic macro & micro nutrition & daily requirements for weight management
Able to explain scientific concepts in simple, friendly language for non-medical audiences.
Comfortable using basic digital tools (Google Docs/Sheets, email, chat apps, etc.).
B. Nice to Have:
Experience working with health / wellness / F&B brands.
Experience creating content for social media (IG, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Basic knowledge of product claims and simple regulatory considerations.
Interest in topics like healthy lifestyle, digestion/gut health, and sustainable weight management.
