Pratesis is looking for an ERP Developer who wants to grow beyond programming and understand how technology connects with real business operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Develop, enhance, and maintain ERP applications based on business and technical requirements.
Translate business requirements into reliable and scalable technical solutions.
Work closely with ERP Consultants to understand business processes and system requirements.
Develop integrations, APIs, and supporting applications when required.
Perform debugging, troubleshooting, testing, and performance improvement.
Support implementation and enhancement projects across different customer environments.
Participate in technical discussions and contribute ideas for better solutions and development practices.
Continuously explore new technologies, automation, and AI opportunities that can improve development productivity and product capabilities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Systems, or related fields.
Experience with software/application development.
Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving ability.
Familiarity with databases, APIs, and software development practices.
Willingness to understand business processes, not just technical requirements.
Comfortable learning unfamiliar technologies, systems, and industries.
Able to work under deadlines and handle changing priorities.
Strong ownership—you don't stop at "it works on my machine."
Curious about AI, automation, and digital transformation.
