Role Summary & Responsibility :
Responsibilities
Support in conducting assessment of end-to-end life-cycle for credit cards
Work with data science team to analyze transaction data, client performance metrics, and market trends to identify growth opportunities within card across acquisition, activation, usage, and retention
Collaborate with client team to design and implement strategies that drive card adoption and usage
Identify opportunity to create targeted programs to increase engagements and cardholder spend
Develop and implement strategies on acquisition from pre-sales, sales process incl. RM pitch deck until engagement and retention
Identify potential improvement across underwriting process, incl. company limit assignment and calculation etc.
Develop and implement communication strategies to highlight the benefits of credit cards
