Branch Manager

Job Description

• Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets, aligned with company strategy.

• Lead and manage the branch team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure high performance.

• Ensure branch operations adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Foster strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues to drive business growth and reputation.

• Coordinate effectively with Headquarter Management, various dealers and main dealers.

Job Classification

• Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or equivalent.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Branch Manager in the automotive field, preferably with the Toyota brand.

• Ability to develop and implement business plan.

• Strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate the team effectively.

• Ability to coordinate with Management and other stakeholders.

• Honest, disciplined, and target-oriented, with a focus on achieving company objectives. 

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, including dealers and main dealers.

• Placement: Jakarta Greater Area/ Bekasi/ Tangerang.
