FAT Manager

About the role

FAT Manager / Supervisor responsible for developing and monitoring the company's financial plan, budget, and financial performance. This role involves preparing forecasts, analyzing actual versus budget performance, and providing financial insights to support business decision-making across retail, e-commerce, and distribution operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor the company's financial plan and budget

• Prepare sales, revenue, expense, profit, and cash flow forecasts

• Monitor and analyze Actual vs Budget vs Forecast

• Prepare regular financial performance and management reports

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements

• Analyze profitability and financial performance across showroom and digital channels

• Provide financial analysis for business decisions, investments, inventory purchases, promotions, and expansion plans

• Identify financial risks, variances, and opportunities, and provide recommendations to Management

• Lead and monitor the Finance, Accounting & Tax team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, or related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably at Supervisor or Manager level

• Experience in Retail, E-Commerce, Distribution, or Consumer Goods is preferred

• Strong understanding of Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Cash Flow Management

• Able to prepare annual budget, monthly forecast, cash flow projection, and financial planning

• Able to analyze Actual vs Budget vs Forecast and provide clear recommendations to Management

• Strong understanding of P&L, COGS, Gross Margin, OPEX, Cash Flow, and Profitability

• Able to conduct sales forecasting and profitability analysis by product, showroom, and digital/e-commerce channel

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and financial reporting tools

• Leadership experience and ability to manage a Finance team
