Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team in Bali. You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for our property, branding, and social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials, social media content, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.

• Photograph properties, interiors, architecture, and lifestyle content.

• Shoot and edit property videos, Reels, and promotional content.

• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and websites.

• Operate cameras, gimbals, lighting, and drone equipment.

• Edit photos and videos with strong attention to composition, lighting, and visual quality.

• Maintain consistency with our brand identity and visual standards.

• Stay updated with social media trends and creative content formats.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design and visual content creation..

• Strong portfolio in real estate, architecture, hospitality, or luxury brands preferred.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and preferably InDesign.

• Good video editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.

• Experience using professional cameras, gimbals, and lighting equipment.

• Able to operate drones for professional visual and video content production

• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, visual storytelling, and branding.

• Creative eye with an interest in luxury, property, architecture, or hospitality.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

• Willing to travel around Bali for property shoots.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Bonus Points

• Experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, or property development.

• Motion graphics or animation skills.

• Experience creating Meta Ads content.

• Experience with AI-assisted creative tools.

• Strong understanding of cinematic storytelling.
