Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Facebook, job boards, databases, referrals, schools and community channels.
- Conduct initial screening calls, validate basic qualifications and explain the opportunity clearly without disclosing restricted client or office information.
- Schedule interviews, send reminders, follow up no-shows and keep candidates engaged until the final decision.
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements, offer acceptance, onboarding and start-date confirmation.
- Maintain accurate trackers and candidate records using Excel or Google Sheets; provide daily and weekly activity updates.
- Support urgent and volume hiring assignments and shift sourcing channels when applicant flow is weak.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or a related role
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms, job portals, and social media sourcing
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
