Position Summary

Job Responsibilities
- Manage real-time market making production systems and strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive quantitative research on various DeFi protocols, staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and trends.
- Stay informed on market conditions, regulatory shifts, and industry news affecting DeFi assets.
- Develop core mathematical models, conduct comprehensive risk profile research, and implement proof of concept.
- Continuously monitor and assess the performance of implemented strategies, responsible for performance and risk management.
Job Requirements
- Advanced degree (M.S or Ph.D) in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
- Profound understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi protocols, and the broader cryptocurrency ecosystem.
- Proficiency in financial markets, trading strategies, and risk management principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strategic thinking and strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in implementing statistical concepts using Python, R, C++, or related programming languages.
- Previous experience in DeFi or cryptocurrency trading is a considerable advantage.
- Eagerness to learn in a highly intellectual, innovative environment.
