About the role
This posting includes two positions: Host Live Streaming and Operator Live Streaming (In House).
The Host Live Streaming role involves hosting live streaming sessions on TikTok Shop/Shopee according to assigned shift schedules. The Host explains products in detail, answers viewer questions, and encourages checkout in a natural and persuasive manner. Daily reports are completed after each live streaming session. The Host maintains energy, mood on-brand throughout the live session.
The Operator Live Streaming (In House) role involves setting up and standing by live streaming equipment (camera, lighting, audio, connection) before, during, and after sessions. The Operator monitors the technical smooth running of broadcasts (connection, image/sound quality) throughout operational hours. The Operator provides full assistance to the host during live streaming and maintains live streaming quality according to brand standards. The Operator provides live streaming gimmicks and proposes strategies/promotions daily according to ongoing campaigns. The Operator conducts OBS theme change briefs according to ongoing campaigns and produces monthly reports with action plans to the Brand Manager.
Key responsibilities
Host Live Streaming:
Host live streaming sessions on TikTok Shop/Shopee according to assigned shift schedules
Explain products with detail and answer viewer questions
Encourage viewers to checkout in a natural and persuasive manner
Complete daily reports after each live streaming session
Maintain energy, mood on-brand during live sessions
Operator Live Streaming (In House):
Setup and standby live streaming equipment (camera, lighting, audio, connection) before, during, and after sessions
Monitor technical smooth running of broadcasts (connection, image/sound quality) throughout operational hours
Provide full assistance to host during live streaming and maintain quality according to brand standards
Provide live streaming gimmicks and propose strategies/promotions daily according to ongoing campaigns
Conduct OBS theme change briefs according to ongoing campaigns
Produce monthly reports with action plans to Brand Manager
About you
Host Live Streaming:
Confident in front of camera, communicative, and pleasant to listen to
Live selling/host experience is a plus (not required; training provided)
Able to speak for extended durations
Willing to work according to agreed shift schedules
Operator Live Streaming (In House):
Familiar with live streaming equipment (OBS, camera, capture card, streaming software, ring light, etc.)
Detail-oriented, responsive, and calm when handling technical issues
Operator/leader live streaming experience is a plus
Creative with many ideas and references for live streaming gimmicks
Able to direct team in executing live streaming
Able to create reports and analyse live streaming performance
