U Digital is a growing Dutch web HubSpot agency. Currently we have a team of approximately 15 developers employed in Indonesia and we looking for new employees to strengthen our Indonesian team. For more information have a look at udigital.nl and hubspot.udigital.nl

All our Indonesian employees are working remotely from home. You will be working closely together in a professional and open culture with people from Indonesia and The Netherlands. Senior employees within U Digital Indonesia are responsible for the development team and will become your team lead.

What you’ll do

You’ll own technical delivery across client projects—from translating requirements into a plan, to building, testing, shipping and maintaining solutions.

Core responsibilities

• Build automations and workflows inside HubSpot (logic, triggers, segmentation, lifecycle flows)

• Develop emails and websites in HubSpot CMS (templates, modules, responsive pages)

• Build custom API integrations (REST APIs, webhooks, data sync, OAuth)

• Develop custom HubSpot UI cards / CRM extensions to enrich the CRM experience

• Write clean documentation and handover notes (so solutions stay maintainable)

• Work directly with consultants/PMs to scope, estimate, and deliver independently
  

What we’re looking for

We’re hiring someone who is self-directed, pragmatic, and can deliver without being micromanaged.

Must-have

• Strong English communication (written + spoken)

• HubSpot experience (workflows, CMS, CRM customization)

• Solid experience with JavaScript / TypeScript (Node.js is a big plus)

• Strong fundamentals in REST APIs, authentication (OAuth2), and integration patterns

• Comfortable with HTML/CSS and building responsive emails/pages

• Can debug and troubleshoot end-to-end (logs, requests, edge cases, data issues)

• Works independently: you can break down work, estimate, execute, and report progress

Nice-to-have

• Experience in working with Cursor AI

• Experience with React (useful for UI extensions depending on project)

• Familiarity with data modeling (CRM objects, associations, deduplication, data hygiene)

• Git-based workflow, basic CI/CD habits

Onboarding & support (first month)

• Structured HubSpot onboarding (workflows, CMS, APIs, best practices)

• Pairing sessions and review cycles on your first projects

• Clear standards, examples, and reusable patterns to accelerate you
