Greet arriving customers warmly and direct them to the cashier for ordering.
Deliver orders according to the table number or order number.
Be aware of which products are available, unavailable, and require upselling on any given day.
Coordinate effectively and professionally with the bar, kitchen, and cashier teams.
Be willing to assist customers whenever needed.
Greet customers and ask for their feedback and suggestions while they are at the outlet.
Listen attentively and apologize if a customer has a complaint, then promptly inform the relevant department if special handling is required.
Understand, follow, and comply with all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) established by the Company.
