Jobdesc:
Lead end-to-end solution delivery from design to implementation.
Translate business requirements into practical solutions covering Application, Data, and Integration.
Coordinate Developers, Testers, Vendors, and other technical teams.
Work closely with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to ensure alignment between requirements, architecture, and implementation.
Manage solution-level risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
Ensure solution quality, testing readiness, UAT, documentation, and handover.
Communicate project progress, technical issues, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.
Req:
Minimum Experience 8–13 years total professional experience in IT or digital delivery , 4–6 years in one or more of the following roles: Solution Lead, Technical Lead, Delivery Lead, Senior System Analyst
Strong experience in end-to-end solution delivery and coordinating multiple solution components.
Able to translate business requirements into executable solution designs.
Good understanding of Application Development, Data, and Integration concepts.
Experience working with Enterprise Applications and Cloud, On-Premise, or Hybrid environments.
Able to understand Solution Architecture, Design Standards, and system dependencies.
Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
Experience with testing, deployment, UAT, and handover processes.
Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Able to work effectively with Business Stakeholders, Technical Teams, and Vendors.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
