Nail Artist & Beauty Therapist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Nail Artist & Beauty Therapist to join our growing boutique beauty team. This role goes beyond the salon chair. Alongside our growing retail spa, we service villa and hospitality clients, including in villa treatments for guests of our expanding Airbnb and hospitality businesses. You will enjoy real variety in your work, moving between our boutique spa and beautiful villa settings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nail art and beauty therapy treatments in spa, villa, and hospitality settings

• Build strong relationships with clients and deliver service that makes clients want to return and recommend you to others

• Maintain high standards in quality of work, hygiene, and detail

• Make clients feel comfortable, confident, and eager to come back

• Work well in a small team environment

About you

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Nail Artist & Beauty Therapist

• High standards in quality of work, hygiene, and detail

• Friendly, confident, positive, and pleasant

• Excellent communication and client service skills

• Neat and professional appearance

• Comfortable providing treatments in villa and hospitality settings

• Able to work well in a small team

• English ability of at least 7/10

• A strong desire to learn and improve

• Ready to grow with the business long term
