About the Company

We are a fast-growing sports company focused on building an active, high-energy community through innovative sports programs and facilities. As we expand rapidly, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help us hire passionate, high-performing individuals across multiple roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational, coaching, and corporate roles.
• Partner with the HR team to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Create and publish job postings across job portals, social media, and community channels.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and sports communities.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview processes.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, especially for coaches and front-line staff.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Support employer branding through social media, events, and partnerships.
• Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and ATS systems.
• Monitor hiring metrics and continuously improve the recruitment process.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience hiring for high-volume or operational roles is a plus.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Familiarity with ATS, job portals, and social media hiring tools.
• Bachelor degree in HR, Psychology or related field (preferred).

• Experience in sports and hospitality industries.
• Passion or personal interest in sports or active lifestyles.
• Experience hiring coaches, trainers, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong employer branding, senior high school & campus hiring experience.
