E-commerce Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online marketplace operations. You will be responsible for driving sales, improving store performance, managing campaigns, and ensuring a smooth customer shopping experience across e-commerce platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of e-commerce stores across platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces.

• Monitor and optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and store performance.

• Plan and execute e-commerce campaigns, promotions, and platform events.

• Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.

• Coordinate with the marketing, content, warehouse, and customer service teams to support sales targets.

• Monitor inventory and product availability across marketplaces.

• Manage vouchers, discounts, bundles, and other promotional activities.

• Track competitors, market trends, and marketplace developments.

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and key e-commerce metrics.

• Ensure product information, images, descriptions, and pricing are accurate and up to date.

Requirements

• English proficiency is required.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, Marketplace management, or a related role.

• Familiar with Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms.

• Strong understanding of marketplace operations, promotions, and e-commerce metrics.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

• Able to work independently and take initiative.
