Responsibilities:
Planning and Managing the Company’s purchasing strategy.
Determining the specifications of goods/services to be purchased according to the needs of the relevant division.
Preparing the purchasing budget and ensuring cost efficiency.
Building relationships with suppliers and regularly evaluating their performance.
Ensuring compliance with company procurement regulations and policies.
Managing supply chain risks and maintaining the availability of goods.
Agreeing on vendor selection and the tender process.
Negotiating prices and payment terms with suppliers.
Requirements:
Diploma / bachelor’s in mechanical / industrial/electrical engineering
Have at least 10 years of experience in same role preferred Automotive / Manufacturing Industry.
Agreeing on vendor selection and the tender process.
Signing purchase contracts within their authority.
Having good leadership and decision-making skills.
Proficient in ERP Systems or procurement software like SAP
Problem solving and risk management skills in the supply chain.
Able to work under pressure and in dynamic situations professionally.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
