Designer Drafter

Jago Coffee is a mobile coffee company serving freshly brewed coffee across Indonesia through fully electric coffee carts operated by our Jagoans. We combine quality coffee, technology, and micro-entrepreneurship by empowering aspiring business owners with accessible opportunities while connecting them directly with customers through our digital platform.

As a Designer Drafter, you will play a key role in supporting our expansion by designing and preparing technical drawings for coffee depots (production hubs). You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every design is practical, efficient, and aligned with operational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Produce depot layout drawings, floor plans, and construction documents using AutoCAD or equivalent tools

• Work alongside the manager to coordinate design deliverables across multiple concurrent depot projects

• Revise drawings based on site survey feedback from the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor

• Maintain a version-controlled drawing library for all active and completed depot projects

• Assist in producing as-built documentation for completed sites, ensuring records are accurate before handoff to Growth

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in architectural drafting, interior design, or civil/structural drawing work

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; SketchUp or Revit is a plus

• Ability to read technical specifications and translate them into accurate working drawings

• Experience in retail, F&B, or light commercial fit-out projects is preferred

• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple active projects simultaneously
