Account Manager German Speaking (Remote, PH Based only)

We are looking for an Account Manager German Speaking to work with us full-time in a remote setup for our Germany-based client. For this role, we only process candidates that are based in the Philippines and have legal authorization to work in the Philippines.About the client

Offers physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy treatments in senior care facilities. Our goal is to help hundreds of elderly people every day with a friendly, motivated team of therapists – efficiently, empathetically, and reliably.

To ensure our patients receive consistently high-quality care, close coordination with nursing managers, doctors, our administration, and our therapists is crucial. We also aim to continuously expand our network of partner senior care facilities to provide even more patients with high-quality therapeutic care. This is where you come in.

Your tasks: Facility management & coordination

• Establish new relationships with senior care facilities by presenting a high-quality therapy services to the nursing management (PDL) or the facility's management, either by phone or in person, but always with plenty of charisma.
• Coordinate the start of our therapists at the senior care facility by working with the head of nursing, the doctors, the patients, our administration and our therapists to ensure that our therapists can treat patients in need at full capacity from day 1.
• Step in to provide support in the coordination if something shifts in this neatly set-up coordination and affects the guarantee of treatments for our patients in need.
• Capture and maintain the data and latest updates for senior care facilities in the CRM system.
• Take advantage of the freedom to plan your workday independently and celebrate your individual successes within the team.
• Report regularly to your supervisor; together you can keep an eye on your KPIs.

Your profile

• You have a proven track record of success in acquiring new clients and/or in account or partnership management. Experience in the healthcare sector or a related field is a plus.
• Convincing, clear communication, both in person and in writing, is essential for building long-term relationships and carrying out efficient coordination work.
• Since the role often involves taking responsibility for the entire process from acquisition to long-term support, we require independent work and initiative.
• You are a team player and want to develop yourself further.
• Ideally, you have experience using one of the well-known CRMs.
