About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service & Fulfillment Staff who is communicative, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-moving environment.
Key responsibilities
Respond to customer chats and complaints on marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop) and WhatsApp quickly and professionally
Resolve order issues: delayed delivery, returns, refunds, and incorrect products
Assist with packing and goods inspection in the warehouse when needed
Ensure store rating and customer satisfaction are maintained
Coordinate with warehouse team and e-commerce team for fulfillment smoothness
About you
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service position, preferably in e-commerce or retail
Accustomed to handling high chat volume with quick responses and polite language
Familiar with marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop)
Patient, detail-oriented, and not easily panicked when facing complaints
Reside in West Jakarta area or surrounding areas
