Project Manager

About the role

You will lead project coordination during the development and initial implementation phases of a technology-based system supporting security, distribution, and data integration for national-scale industry. You will be a reliable leader with the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and make a significant impact on company growth.

Key responsibilities

• Establish communication and coordinate with manufacturing parties for technical discussions and potential system trials

• Act as a liaison between the company and technology vendors

• Coordinate with internal IT teams for system integration and resolution of technical issues

• Oversee the process from discussion stage through potential implementation

• Prepare project progress reports and ensure milestones are achieved

• Conduct field visits nationally as required by the project

About you

• Minimum S1 education in Engineering, IT, Management, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management, Technical Coordinator, or Business Development

• Proficient in software use, data analysis, technical problem-solving, and technical analysis and improvement

• Strong leadership capability with effective communication and collaboration skills, experienced in communicating with Ministry, Government, and State-Owned Enterprise departments

• Basic understanding of IT systems is an added value

• Accustomed to working based on targets and milestones

• Good integrity and negotiation capability
