Ayasan Indonesia is a professional household staffing service company specializing in maid, nanny, driver, and elderly care services for Indonesian families and expatriate clients in Jakarta and surrounding areas.
As part of our business expansion, Ayasan Indonesia is currently developing a new B2B service division focused on providing staffing and support services for offices and companies. We are looking for a Sales Executive who can help us develop this new market, build business relationships, and acquire corporate clients.
Location: Central Jakarta

About the Role
Ayasan Indonesia is looking for a Sales Executive who is proactive, target-oriented, and experienced in handling clients directly. We are particularly looking for candidates who have experience working in micro/small companies, startups, agencies, hospitality, property, or service-based businesses, and who are comfortable handling expatriate clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Relations, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience working in a micro/small company, startup, agency, or service-based business is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in handling and communicating with expatriate clients.
- Comfortable communicating with clients in English, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable handling clients from different cultural backgrounds and understanding their expectations.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
- English proficiency is required.
- Experience in maid/nanny services, domestic helper recruitment, hospitality, property, relocation, or other services for expatriates will be a strong advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Have previously worked in a small team where they were responsible for multiple parts of the sales process.
- Can build long-term relationships with clients, not just focus on closing one transaction.
- Are comfortable communicating professionally with both Indonesian and international customers.
