About the role
We build software products for the Indonesian market and we need someone who can make them look alive. You'll own motion design end to end: SaaS explainer videos, product launch videos, feature announcements, and short-form motion content for social. You'll work directly with the founders and our design team, turning product concepts and scripts into polished videos that make people understand and want the product in under 60 seconds.
What you'll do
- Design and animate SaaS explainer videos (product walkthroughs, UI animations, concept explainers)
- Produce launch videos for new products and major features, from storyboard to final render
- Animate real product UI: screen recordings, mockups, and interface transitions that feel smooth and premium
- Create motion assets for social media (Reels, TikTok, Threads, YouTube) in vertical and horizontal formats
- Collaborate with our graphic designer on visual systems so motion work stays on-brand
- Manage your own timelines and deliver multiple projects in parallel
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of motion graphics experience with a portfolio that includes SaaS or tech product videos (this is a must; we will ask for it)
- Strong command of After Effects; bonus points for Premiere Pro, Figma, and Blender or Cinema 4D
- Ability to animate UI convincingly: easing, timing, and transitions that feel native to the product
- Good design fundamentals: typography, layout, color, pacing
- Able to work from a brief or script independently without heavy supervision
- Comfortable with feedback loops and fast iteration
