Responsibilities:
- Support business development activities, including market research and identifying new business opportunities.
- Support pre-pack/product preparation, including cost calculation, material coordination, BPOM, and Halal requirements.
- Coordinate and communicate with factories for the development and preparation of new SKUs.
- Assist in monitoring and coordinating new product development processes.
- Provide support to the Business Development team in day-to-day activities and ongoing projects.
Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Management, or other related fields.
- Willing to work onsite at Hampton Avenue, Gading Serpong.
- Strong interest in business development, product development, and the FMCG industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Basic understanding of product development processes, BPOM regulations, or Halal requirements is a plus.
