The Role:
We are seeking a creative technologist with a film background to lead our AI initiatives. While you will be hands on in production, your primary focus is optimizing the workflow to continue our Creative Art.
Key Responsibilities:
Model Training: Fine-tune open-source models (Stable Diffusion) on proprietary art styles to ensure brand consistency.
Shot Breakdown: Analyze scripts and briefs to determine the optimal mix of traditional CGI and AI-generated elements to hit tight deadlines.
Video Generation: Utilize temporal consistency tools to generate short moving shots or "living photographs" for social media and cinematic sequences.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Director (based at US), to ensure AI outputs align with the director's vision, rather than dictating the vision.
Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years in a technical art role or 3+ years in film production.
Technical: High proficiency in Python/PyTorch (for ComfyUI nodes) and knowledge of API integrations.
Artistic: A keen eye for lighting, composition, and video shorts.
Ability to work fast, proactive and within the company times and schedules
