Job Description
Create visual designs for social media, presentations, reports, campaigns, infographics, and other communication materials.
Translate creative and technical briefs into clear, relevant, and audience-focused visual designs.
Explore and develop multiple design alternatives based on briefs, references, creative direction, and feedback.
Execute and refine designs with attention to layout, typography, visual hierarchy, consistency, and design quality.
Collaborate with Art Directors, Project Managers, Strategy teams, and other designers throughout the creative process.
Participate in creative discussions, internal reviews, and design development processes.
Continuously develop your technical design skills and creative thinking through real project experiences.
Requirements
Minimum education of high school or equivalent; graduates from any major are welcome to apply.
Have a growth mindset and a positive, passionate, and eager-to-learn attitude.
Interested in graphic design, creative communication, and social impact work.
Have basic skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, with basic editing skills in Canva.
Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Interested in keeping up with design trends and understanding how design influences communication, audiences, business, and strategy.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid working environment.
Independent, reliable, detail-oriented, open to feedback, and willing to explore different design styles and visual approaches.
Have a portfolio showcasing basic design skills, visual exploration, and creative potential.
