IT SPECIALIST – ODOO SYSTEM

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage, maintain, and develop the Odoo ERP System according to business requirements.

• Configure and customize Odoo modules based on company needs.

• Analyze user requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo-related system issues.

• Develop and maintain integrations between Odoo and other systems/applications.

• Monitor system performance, database, and system security.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for system configuration and development.

• Provide technical support and training to Odoo users.

• Collaborate with various departments to improve business processes through ERP solutions.

• Support Continuous Improvement and digital transformation initiatives within the company.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Odoo implementation, development, or system maintenance.

• Strong understanding of Odoo ERP and its modules, such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, HR, and other related modules.

• Proficiency in Python, XML, and PostgreSQL; knowledge of JavaScript is an advantage.

• Good understanding of manufacturing and production business processes is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Strong troubleshooting and systematic thinking skills.

• Willing to work on-site in a manufacturing environment.
