Job Responsibilities
Conduct B2B sales of sandwich panel products and insulation systems
Manage the full sales cycle, including quotation, negotiation, follow-up, and deal closing
Maintain and develop long-term relationships with customers
Acquire new customers such as contractors, project owners, consultants, and developers
Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, production, and delivery schedules
Monitor market trends, ongoing projects, and identify new sales opportunities
Support sales and marketing activities, including basic administrative tasks
Build and expand customer base to achieve sales and growth targets
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1); all majors are welcome (Engineering or Marketing preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the sandwich panel, insulation, or construction materials industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Target-oriented and results-driven mindset
Experience in modular house projects is an advantage
Good market knowledge of sandwich panels used for cold storage, clean rooms, processing rooms, HVAC ducting, and insulated metal roofing
