Bilingual Corporate Learning Facilitator (Mandarin & English)

Work Arrangement:

• Independent Contractor, Full-time (5-day work week/40 hrs per week)

• Project-based (Temporary/Short-term (2 Weeks))

• Hybrid (On-site in Hong Kong)

• Remote onboarding is possible beforehand, but candidates must be physically present in Hong Kong by 30 August 2026

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM (HKT, GMT+8)

Compensation Package: Salary (commensurate with Indonesian rates), to-be-discussed Additional Allowance, Accommodation & Flights

Salary Range: IDR 5,070,000 - 7,670,000

Engagement Details:

• Training begins 31 August; facilitators must arrive in Hong Kong 2–3 days beforehand to prepare

• Training runs across 5 full days, followed by a few additional days for evaluation and collaboration—approximately 2 weeks total

• Minimum commitment: 5 working days if unable to stay the full 2 weeks; additional allowance provided for extended stay before/after training

• Flights and accommodation covered by the company

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver corporate training sessions, workshops, and facilitation activities in both English and Mandarin.

• Design and adapt training content for frontline teams and different learning objectives, keeping it practical and business-relevant.

• Lead group discussions, interactive exercises, role plays, and team-based activities.

• Prepare training outlines, materials, session flow, and participant engagement activities.

• Manage classroom dynamics and create a positive, professional, and engaging learning environment.

• Work with internal teams to ensure training content stays practical, relevant, and aligned with business goals.

• Adjust delivery style and content based on participant profiles, company culture, and project requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in corporate training, facilitation, adult learning, or workshop delivery

• Fluent (written & verbal) in both English and Mandarin Chinese; able to train, present, and interact confidently in both languages

• Strong understanding of corporate learning, frontline development, team performance, or service excellence training

• Able to work with different participant profiles and adjust content for business and cultural context

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to prepare training materials independently and respond quickly to client needs

• Willing to work on project-based assignments in Hong Kong and across Asia when needed

• Reliable internet connection for remote onboarding prior to arrival in Hong Kong

• Open to candidates of any nationality, provided language requirements are met
