Role Overview:
As a Branch Manager, you will oversee daily lab operations, lead business development efforts, and ensure top-tier quality and service. You’ll be managing a dedicated team and collaborating across departments to support our mission of delivering trusted healthcare diagnostics.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management
Manage daily laboratory activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Streamline workflow to improve efficiency and service delivery.
Business Development
Build and maintain relationships with physicians and healthcare facilities.
Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the client base.
Conduct presentations and education sessions to promote lab services.
Financial Management
Monitor and manage budgets to ensure profitability.
Generate performance and sales reports for senior leadership.
Quality Assurance
Ensure high-quality service standards and regulatory compliance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaboration
Coordinate with the central lab and other branches for aligned service delivery.
Partner with marketing and communications teams for promotional efforts.
✅ Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (any major).
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a medical laboratory setting.
Proven background in sales or business development, preferably in healthcare.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
